er333 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and er333 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the er333 website at er333.club, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and related features offered therein. 2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account at er333. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number that is registered in your name. This number will be used for account authentication, OTP verification, and payment processing.
• You must not share your account password with any third party. er333 support staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact support immediately.
• er333 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification documents at any time, including copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account, including any wagers placed and any transactions made. er333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

er333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification procedures at any time and to close accounts where the identity of the account holder cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction. Funds held in unverified accounts will be held pending the completion of verification procedures.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on er333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). er333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the mobile financial services and card networks listed below. By making a deposit, you confirm that the payment method used is registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. er333 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, fees imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet or payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, and must be made to an account registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. er333 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification or fraud review procedures.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one qualifying wager may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved, at er333's discretion.
• er333 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, connected to money laundering activity, or in breach of these Terms. Any such funds will be held pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if the suspicion is substantiated.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

er333 offers a welcome bonus on first deposit and periodic promotions to active players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, and the following general conditions apply to all bonus funds:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated in the offer-specific terms at the time the bonus is credited.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards, coordinating bet sizes, or communicating the content of live dealer hands.

• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits that have already been used to place wagers. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation, and all associated winnings may be forfeited.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. er333 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into financial crime, fraud, or money laundering involving the Platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on er333 are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• A wager is final once it has been accepted by the Platform. Accepted wagers may not be cancelled or amended by the player after the relevant event or game round has commenced.
